Who we are

The AI Content System Builder is a free assessment from Inner World Training (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, write to us at support@innerworldtraining.com.

What we collect

• Your first name and email address, when you enter them to start the assessment or to see your results.
• Your answers: what you sell and who you help (in your own words), and your choices for the other questions.
• Your results: your scores, content system type and the plan we build from your answers.
• How you found us: campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source), the website that referred you, and the page you arrived on.
• Your progress: when you opted in, started, finished, viewed your results and clicked the workshop button.
• Your IP address, to stop the forms being abused. We keep it for at least a day after your last visit, then remove it in routine clean-up.

How we use it

• To work out your results and show you your personalized plan.
• To send you emails from Inner World Training. You agree to this when you enter your email, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• So our team can see your answers and progress when following up with you.
• To understand how the assessment is used and to improve it.

Your results are created by our own scoring rules. Your answers are not sent to AI services, and we never sell or rent your information or share it with advertisers.

Who can see it

Our team, in our internal business system, and the service providers that run this assessment for us:

• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Supabase, which stores the data.
• HighLevel, our customer relationship and email platform, when we email you.

They process your information only to provide their service to us. Your information is stored in the United States.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and no third-party trackers run on these pages. Your progress through the assessment is kept in your browser tab's temporary storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. We record your visits and the steps you take in our own database.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. When you do, we delete them within 30 days.

If you answer the questions without giving us your email, we keep your answers without any name or email attached, to improve the assessment.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any email we send you.
• Ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@innerworldtraining.com. We reply within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

Everything travels over encrypted connections. Your information can be read only by our team and the service providers above, and the public website cannot read it back.

Children

This assessment is for business owners and is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
